Vizon VR
FOUNDER, PRODUCER | IOWA CITY, IA, 2017
Vizon is a VR production studio I founded during the Hawkeye Startup Accelerator at the University of Iowa. Working with mentors, professors, and local business owners, we worked to develop a startup for the summer. With the help of 2 interns I managed, we built our business plan, conducted customer discovery research, weekly mock investor pitches, and created 3 VR experiences.
Fashion 500 Promo
The first VR experience I art directed, produced, edited, and stitched by myself. This video was used as a promotional video for the Fashion 500 Runway at the end of the summer.
Fashion 500 Runway
Born Leaders United hosted the Fashion 500 Runway during the annual Iowa City Summer Block Party. Vizon was there to help them design the set and capture the event in 360 video, giving those who weren’t able to make it the opportunity to experience the event from home.
America’s Most Wanted: FAME
This project started from a prompt in one of my intermedia classes. The prompt was simply America’s Most Wanted. I decided to focus on the struggles of fame in America and how our demand for the famous can eventually drain them of their magic.
